Return Policy

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Since these items are manufactured on a per order basis, we only accept returns for items with defects or items that are different than the items ordered.
If you received a defective item or an item that is different than what was ordered, please send details to our customer support team using the Contact Us form located in the footer of the store or email support@merchmake.com within 30 days of receiving the item. You should be contacted about your case within 3 business days. Additional information about what actions to take to receive your refund will be included in the email response.
WHAT FORM WILL MY REFUND TAKE?
All refunds will be credited to the original payment source. If the original payment source is unavailable we reserve the right to issue an electronic gift certificate and transmit it to the email address provided when the order was placed, or to issue a refund check to be mailed to the billing address provided on the order.
